I Love… Lamp. Revisited.

Just another look at that lamp photo I took oh-so-long ago. Love the contrast the black & white treatment does to enhance the geometry. I’m not a fan of black & white photography, but without a doubt, I prefer this version to the color one I posted last year.
Nommable
Yes. Yes I ate this. And you wish you were me.
Glamorous Flowers
More flowers with a bit of glam added in in post. If only I could translate the sweet smell of these flowers through the picture. Happy Monday!
I Love… Lamp
Before I threw that POS Ikea lamp away. It may have been good for something!
Moth
Excuse me, sir. What are you doing parking your huge butt on my license plate?
This little thing was just drinking up the sun on a warm car, enjoying the summer sun just as much as I was. I’ll snap a pic of just about anything, but insects are not on my list of favorite things to shoot. This one was just too large to ignore. (TWSS?) I have some closer shots, but this one really shows the moth’s proportion to the license plate the best… and the depth of the shot was nice. It’s always a challenge for me to get the camera to focus on just the right spot.
Glamour Flowers
Bunch of flowers in the garden. A little bit of photoshop fun makes it a little more glittery.
Chillax
A great place to spend the weekend. Am I right? I’m always right- especially about chillaxing.
String Theory Pt. 2
Another random photo in the comfiest chair ever. This, of the shadows the ropes made on my pants.
String Theory Pt. 1
My friend had this great hammock chair that I got to sit in, and as I was snared in its comfy embrace, I snapped a few shots. This is one angle.
Porch Relaxation
Relaxing weekend on the 4th of July led me to this beautiful porch in the Thimble Islands of Connecticut.
Glamorous Shammy
There’s no puppy puppet more glamorous (or cute) than Shammy. This was from an impromptu photo shoot with my friend’s adorable puppet. This is one of him waving at the camera with that fuzzy little paw of his.
